By downloading or using the Mindbreak app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.
1. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for personal use on a mobile device that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions.
3. App Availability and Updates
The App is currently available on Android. The requirements for the system might change, and you will need to download updates if you want to keep using the App. Mindbreak does not promise that it will always update the App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the particular operating system you have installed on your device.
4. Misuse of the App
You agree not to use the App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the App or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the App; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mindbreak is a wellness tool designed to remind you to take breaks. It does not provide medical advice. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the App.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These modifications become effective immediately after they are posted. Your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
